    And the phone software they are using also has issues - I have called about 10 times and the line repeatedly gets disconnected or it's very difficult to hear the other person.

    Purchased over $300 worth from vetsupply over a week ago. Money has been debited from my credit card account but no products. They have sent 2 emails stating that they have tried numerous times to contact me by email and phone (untrue ) . After 1st email I rang and was told it was just a verification needed when purchases were over $200. I verified 4 days ago, still no product and the 2nd ürgent" email. I tried to ring numerous times and was cut off or rang out after the recorded message that they would put me through. Emailed asking for a refund - have heard nothing. Disgusting service and will have to buy my products tomorrow wherever I am able.

    Product was delivered after I had cancelled the order. Finally after numerous emails and phone calls, James from customer service sorted the problem, my money was refunded and the product picked up after a week, and returned to Vet Supply at no extra expense to me

    I signed up for 6 doses + 2 free doses Advocate on auto ship. I got the special deal the first time, but once it shipped on auto-shipment, I got the standard 6 doses and no free doses.

    When I rang up, I was told the special was cancelled and it's 6 doses. I replied via email and got no response. I rang back and the phone repeatedly got disconnected.

    1st and 2nd order was great, recently ordered Bravecto and was told it takes up 3 - 10 working days, sent email asked me to wait, after more than 10 working days, I rang and again asked me to wait, i sent an email no reply at all until now! And the customer service guy there was so rude.

    Eventually, after several complaints, they sent me out 3 free doses and I've asked for the auto-shipment to be cancelled. Because, the thing was, I received a confirmation email for the auto-shipment that the special deal of 6 doses + 2 free doses would be delivered; but the next email saying it had been posted suddenly showed no special deal - but I never received a phone call or notification that it had been cancelled.

    I'm happy they resolved the issue, but I think their auto-shipment software is not very good or not well managed. I would recommend buying their special deals, but be wary of signing up for special deals on auto-shipment as you may find it suddenly gets cancelled - like mind did.
