  Was excited to see this kind of place open in Sydney but had a pretty bad experience. Systems there are obviously not streamlined and it is showing. Food ordering systems were down so ordering food took a good portion of our 2 hours of attractions. By the time food came out the order was wrong and cold. Spent another 30minutes getting a refund.

  When it was time to go to a room, I can see some party rooms were nicely setup. Then followed by confusing from our host try to identify the room. At the end, our group was put into a room wasn’t setup. The balloon on the table were popped and was not replaced. Table and chairs was not arranged for a small group, and There were not enough chairs on one sides, so even there were only 10 kids, some kids had to sit far apart away from the birthday boy. We booked for 11 kids and only 10 turned up. To be honest, if the other kid came, there won’t be enough food. I ordered apple juice but only be told that there were no more juice left. I was offered soft drink instead.

  I can’t say a bad thing about this place! The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, there is a large range of arcade games that are fun to play as are the other attractions such as bowling! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! This being a newly established business, there may be some hiccups along the way but the workers are more than happy to ensure that your visit is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! Absolutely loved it!

  Great atmosphere! Definitely reminds me of childhood with the bumper cars, giant pac man, hoop shooting, air hockey and a gazillion other activities! The place is lively and filled with people! A unique experience. The earlier harsh ratings probably give an unfair impression of what a night out there would be like. Tonight there would have been over 100 people there having a great time! I genuinely recommend you check it out for yourself! ☺️

  After the party, the kids were given the card for the arcade with 1 hour play time, half of the cards weren’t working, and I had chase the kids and validate, and took them to the counter exchange cards. By the time I checked all the kids, that was 20 minutes wasted.

  This place was the best place on earth! I felt like a child again at a milk bar with alcoholic milkshakes and fun arcade games. I really liked this ride they had that was a zombie 4D game and I loved the novelty ticketing and prizes. It was an adults dream to throwback to my youth. Thank you for bringing back the nostalgia with the adult twist. Best night of my life. Thank you thank you thank you!

  The place supposed to be big on safety, they won't allow me bring food in for the grown ups. But my daughter pull the light switch off the wall because it was not installed and half was sticked while its connected.

  The kids started off play bowling. One lane of bowling was broken twice, and half of the kids were waiting most of the time. I suggested to move the kids to another free lane. They said another party was coming. However by the time we finished, the other lanes were still empty.

  Full credit to the service staff, they're working hard under obviously bad systems. They were very apologetic and did everything they could to make it up to us.
