  After many hours of research, I fell in love with the Achielle bicycle. I contacted Morgans Bicycles via email because I was interested in purchasing one and I had remaining questions about the bike that could only be answered by someone who had ridden/sells them. Suellyn promptly wrote me back and was incredibly patient answering all of my questions. Unfortunately, the shipping costs to bring the bike to the US made it impossible for me to purchase the bike directly from their shop, and despite the fact I was ultimately going to buy my it elsewhere, she continued to correspond with me, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had over buying a bike I could not try out first. If I am ever in Australia, I will certainly drop by to thank her for her awesome customer service. Thanks Suellyn!

  This guy is dodgy... be careful, the bloke there - Jimmy will lie through his teeth to get your cash. I know a few things about bikes and he tried to tell me that his (2013) stock was from this year and wanted to charge more than RRP for his garbage. If i didnt know better i would have fallen for his deceitful tricks.
