  Worst cab company ever. I was overcharged by $10. I was in a cab for 5 minutes, the meter red $14.90 and I saw the driver put in $24.90. Because it's contact payment, drivers think they can get away with it. I said to the guy as he was about to tap "excuse me it's $14.90 not $24.90" and he STILL tapped it right in front of me!!!!! I then repeated myself and he just cleared the meter and told me to get out! Disgusting, dodgy etc etc...it doesn't even deserve 1 star.

  One of my worst cab rides ever last nite. The cab reeked of cigarette smoke, the driver was muttering to himself like a lunatic and was rude when asked to drop us off at a certain spot. He broke the speed limit multiple times by about 15-20 km/h, crossed a traffic light stop line on red, was weaving in and out of traffic. Out of the multiple Uber rides I've only had one that wouldn't have got 5/5. This guy gets 0/5.

  Made a booking over 12 hours in advance for a lift. They showed up almost an hour late. Was going to a wedding and they screwed me and they couldn't care less.

  Deceitful company with approximate arrival times. rude customer service, very dishonest, could just say it's busy right now and there's a delay rather than advise one will come quickly and have me be late. Whole purpose of a cab is convience and quickness, which is not achievable with 13 Cabs. Would not recommend at all, more than 10+ negative experiences, find another company or simply get an uber.

  If I could post a picture of this guy’s licence on this I would... Taxi licence GV7021 - firstly, licence expired 31/10/2017... this absolutely disgusting man told me to get out of the cab and walk up to the hotel. It’s 10.30pm and I haven’t really had any to drink (10pm), though I explained to him I felt ill and he tried to refuse my fare as the hotel was 1.2k up the road! He was highly aggressive when I tried to take a picture of his license, which is expired. I felt horribly unsafe and this should be looked into from the company.
