  I would recommend avoiding this company. The customer service is very careless, and they will not make you feel a valued customer. They will make you feel like you shouldn't be calling them or bothering them.

  The feet of couch itself was full of knocks and dings. The couch itself is ok. I would call these guys up to get the feet replaced, but after all the issues I have had with them, I don't think I will bother.

  I have been back a few times now and can't recommend Michael and staff enough, super friendly and knowledgeable.

  Don't know how they do it but the stock is always fresh and new, they always have pieces you don't see anywhere else

  I bought a couch about 6 weeks ago from these guys. The salesman hinted that they sometimes get it in a couple of days, and could be really quick, but the average wait time is 2-5 weeks. After waiting about 4 weeks, I rang and was told it should be coming but it can take 5 weeks. I felt as though when ringing them, they didn't really want to help me or check. It always felt like I was bothering them. After 5 weeks I rang them again, and they said It would be in the following week. They didn't offer any bother or care that it was late. Once the couch finally arrived, the delivery was arranged for the next day. When it was delivered, it was one piece and did not fit in the lift. The delivery drivers would not bring it up the fire stairs, and just left in a hurry. I was left carrying the couch myself up the stairs, and this is after paying $109 for delivery. When I rang the company, they said that they delivery company were an external company and it wasn't their problem. Eventually they said they would call the company to come back. They did try, but never got a call back. They didn't even ring me back to check I managed to get the couch up.
