  Very disappointing experience, I was pressured into leaving a deposit for a number of bathroom items including a $5,000 bath, I told them I needed to check the technical specs of the bath before they ordered the product in. Once my plumber checked a few days later, it was obvious the bath would not be suitable. I informed the sales man and general Manager at Domayne and they did show me a few baths that might work that they would exchange it for but none were to our liking. I asked for the bath to be removed from our order. At this point they did this, but charged us a $1,000 re stocking fee which later got discounted to $700, I then had to cancel the matching basin which I was also charged a further $100 re stocking fee. This is not the first bathroom i have renovated and wont be the last but I will NEVER use Domayne bathrooms again and recommend everyone try other places first and make sure you can cancel orders without penalties. For a major retailer this is outrageous behavior.

  Pathetic excuses, cheap quality, bad customer experience - DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY TELL YOU! Go anywhere but there. Mr Norman my invoice number is 722986 - give me a call and I will tell you about my experience. You have my money so you don't care. You all say you care and want to fix the problem, 2months I have been trying to get the issues fixed. RUN DONT WALK AWAY.
