  Our couch was finally delivered after 6 months !! At no point did the store mention that it would arrive disassembled. Every other couch we have ever bought, is in 1 piece and fully assembled. All other furniture companies also charge for delivery, but never have they charged extra to take it up a flight of internal stairs. These guys wanted an extra $30 on top of the $110 delivery fee. Plus the fact they would also not take the big cartons away that they left behind. My elderly parents are now left to figure out how to put together this couch !! THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS!!! Are you serious??? We have 4 pieces on the floor and still no couch to sit on after 6 months ! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

  Staff are nice and super helpful.Usually great variety but hopefully bring in more as were low in stock this weekend .I've bought very nice unique things from here with great pricing and always stop by this shop when I am in the area.Highly recommended.

  I'm trying to buy a couch from here, but they don't seem to want the business. They said it is not possible to pay by credit card as their insurance doesn't cover it if something goes wrong with the payment. I said that I would pay by direct transfer. They gave me the bank details and I transferred the money. I sent them a receipt of the transfer and did not hear further. I rang the 1300 number after a week..no one seemed to know what was going on. The next day the bank rejected my funds as they said no bank account existed with the numbers they gave me. I rang up again, only to be told they don't know why that happened and maybe I should try calling the Alexandria store directly. I've tried numerous times over the last couple of days, but their phone seems to be disconnected. I tried the 1300 number again and it says all our operators are busy, please leave a message. I left my number, but no one has called. I'm starting to wonder if they have gone out of business?

  Beautiful products for unbeatable prices! I bought 3 Mambo barstools and they arrived on time, in perfect condition and look great in my home! Highly recommend a visit to this store, excellent customer service because the staff go above and beyond and are very friendly!
