  We spent a fair bit of time in the store looking for an outdoor table and outdoor lounge. They had a great selection of quality items which you couldn't really find anywhere else. It was difficult to make a decision but Thomas was very happy to bear with us and help us with any questions we had. We ended up going back the next weekend and made our purchase (with a little more help). The goods were going to be delivered in the middle of the week. The delivery guys turned up and the delivery of the lounge suite was fine, however the delivery of the 2.4m long concrete top table proved to be an issue as it didn't look like it was going to fit in the elevator! The guys persisted and removed the table top from the packaging but still couldn't fit it in. And all of this at about 9pm! They opted not to rush it and took the table top away so they could come back on the weekend when I could get the key for the lift doors so they didn't keep on closing on them. True to their word they arrived again on Saturday with the packaged 2.4m table and also a smaller version (just in case). With some skilled manoeuvring they fitted it in the lift and completed the job. We were very appreciative of their efforts (as well as being good blokes) and all of the interactions that we had with everyone each time we dealt with the store. Thanks again, we love our new furniture!!!!!!! We will recommend you to all of our friends.

  Bought my lounger chair there. They definitely have some very unique stuff that I have never seen anywhere else. What's the best is they delivered the same day I ordered!!! Great furniture, great service and reasonable prices!

  Bought 4x sunstrip platinum heaters through mydeal shipped from platinum patio. 3000w yet the ad says they come with a plug even tho they have to be hard wired. Mydeal won't refund me as they say they can't get In touch with supplier. Just blew $1000
