    Bought top range mattress from this store, very polite and friendly till we made purchase. After 8 months pillowtop collapsed had it repaired by manufacturer, Posture Comfort Bedding. Came back very uncomfortable and pillowtop went from 13 cm to 8 cm in width. Posture Comfort Bedding would not accept any liability so then rang Beds n Dreams on numerous occasions and calls were never returned. Went to see Manager in store and they were not interested in helping us. There is a ten year warranty on this mattress but they refuse to honour the warranty. I DEFINITELY would not recommend Beds n Dreams or Posture Comfort Bedding to anyone as their after sales service is nonexistent.

    We had a wonderful experience..We spoke with Amanda who found the product we were looking for then a salesperson named Charlie who matched our price on the item. They were very helpful and professional.
