  The first time I went into the store, no-one served me. But the second time I didn't dress like a 12 year old, and was helped right away. They were really straightforward and wrapped up the sale quite quickly with no attempt at upselling me to something I didn't want (a miracle when you're trying to buy bed stuff!). I needed to reschedule my delivery for two weeks later than our original agreed shipping date and the warehouse staff member was very lovely and super friendly. I guess everyone has different experiences, but mine has been positive.

  I would like to put forward a customer compliment for Nick from Alexandrias Snooze, he was a massive help to both my fiancé and I and we valued this impeccable service. Nick took the time to let us test each bed for our benefit and we need more knowledgeable sales people such as he! Thankyou kindly

  If only I could give a zero star rating! Terrible customer service. Really difficult returning items too. Martez is the worst sales person I have ever come across.

  Update: my bed was shipped missing a part, and the staff were so helpful and polite in getting it sent to me as soon as they could.

  I contacted the centre to ask about mattresses and spoke to Martia. She was very enthusiastic at first. I was pretty open about doing my research and I talked about ringing around for advice and Marta pretty much dropped me like a hotcake. Speeding up the call (in a hard tone) "oh, you are ringing around are you...' Um yep. Its what people do Martia OR actually what they do is they shop online its the year 2017 - it's normal. Anyway she wound up the conversation and then hung up abruptly. Here you were with the the ability to impress me with customer service but you just decided to fob me off. Won't be buying from you. You left me annoyed and have no idea which direction retail is going and how you can best position yourself or Snooze. Business Lost. Thanks but now that I came here and got to read the other reviews I realised I was right and you do have no idea....it seems I would have been disappointed when I made it in store too. NEAR Miss for me :-) Off to another retailer - whoo!

  One stop to shop for all our bedroom needs. Got our bed, bedside tables, mattress, mattress cover and pillow here. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Did price match on tempur pillows for us, great experience!
