  I've recently moved into the Alexandria area from Sans Souci and am delighted to hear that BPS have just opened a new studio in the area. I was a regular at the Caringbah practice and have searched to find a place of the same quality. Congratulations to the BPS team for their amazing professionalism.

  Another outstanding BPS studio, complete with beautiful brand new Balance Body Pilates equipment, Polestar Instructors and Mentors and a team of Physiotherapists who really know their stuff! So glad to have them in the Alexandria area!

  My cervical spondylolithesis has been treated by a number of Physios over the years. I have pain in my neck, radiating into my shoulders and finger tips. Never before have I had an issue. The treatment here was very different and not in a good way!
