  Wish I could give no stars. Talk about unlawful disability discrimination. I was refused 2 separate taxis on separated occasions today and yesterday because my client is in a wheelchair. My client's wheelchair is collapsible and fits anywhere a suitcase would. He is able to walk short distances and sit on a car seat. Both drivers in separate instances assumed his abilities and refused service and to listen. One driver made excuses and said he tried it before and knew better. Which is a total lie. If he's tried he would have seen that the wheelchair is no bigger than a suitcase. He was lucky he left before I could get his details because discriminating against disability is against the law. This appears that this not an isolated case with silver service taxis.

  Bronze Service at best. Too many times they've left me waiting for half an hour or longer when I have a flight to catch - and more often than not they pull up with a beat up old Holden wagon instead of a Silver Service. Avoid.

  Contrary to other reviewers I found their service excellent yesterday. I booked online, was picked up on time by an impeccably dressed friendly driver in a clean taxi, and driven directly to my destination.When my appointment was finished the centre called Silver Service for my return trip home. They arrived within 5 minutes, with an equally friendly driver who knew where he was going. No complaints at all.

  The fare estimator in their app came up with $62 to the airport. The reality was $92 and no response to my complaint in their app feedback. Will now delete the app.

  Received a call 20 minutes after they were supposed to be here to say they were running late. I prebooked 4 days in advance to secure a taxi on time in the hopes of avoiding this type of situation. Thank goodness for Uber!!! I'll never use these people again.
