  It's a post office. I'm not terribly excited about it but I'm kind of mystified as to why the reactions here are so strongly negative. Service is a little sullen in store but I've never had an issue with deliveries (although I'm never home at delivery time and a card is my ideal outcome). The early morning parcel pickup is a good idea and has always been reliable for me, albeit with the aforementioned enthusiasm gap when it comes to service. Then again, I don't imagine that I'd get super jazzed about working in a post office so let's not set our sights too high.

  The worst post office I've ever dealt with, they don't even try to deliver packages and regularly deliver the pick-up slips 4 days late.

  Horrible customer services, racists! Making fun of my name and mocking me like "why are you putting your Facebook name on the mail." It's because that you illiterate people cannot even read Chinese!

  Very disappointing. They lied to me and admitted to it without apology and wasted hrs of my time for something very simple (should have taken 5 min).
